The Great Hall is the Jewel
of the International Institute of Culinary
Arts and is adjacent to the Abbey Grill.
The architecture of stone arches and stained glass windows creates an
unsurpassed atmosphere for all formal affairs.
The Great Hall will seat 500
guests for sit down dining and up to 800 for cocktail receptions. This provides
our students with the opportunity to experience large-scale culinary
preparations.
