We at the IICA have a very unique approach to the teaching of Culinary Arts and we want you to experience it for yourself. Take a day in full immersion to experience the advantages of our programs. All prospective students are asked to show up on their appointed day at 9:00 a.m. in comfortable clothing. Students will be released at 1:30 p.m. Please call the Admissions Office or mail in the Immersion Fact Sheet, and set a date for this exciting day.
